Shudh Vaishno Bhojanalaya

We are situated at R-10/F-58 in the RDC-Raj Nagar area of Ghaziabad. It's a busy part of Sector 10 where people are always moving around for work or shopping. We decided to set up this bhojanalaya because we wanted to provide a place where you could get a meal that feels like it was made at home. There's nothing complicated about what we do. We wake up early to get the lentils boiling and the vegetables ready. The space is simple, just enough room for a few people to sit comfortably and eat without much distraction. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us doing the cooking and the cleaning. Sometimes we run out of a certain vegetable by late evening, so we just cook whatever else we have on hand. The locals know us well by now, and we see the same faces almost every day. It's nice to have that connection with the neighborhood. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising. People usually just walk in because they smell the food or someone told them about us. The heat in the kitchen can be quite a lot during the peak of summer, but we’re used to it. We keep the water jars full and the fans running for anyone who stops by. It’s just a regular local spot for daily eating.
