Shuddh Vaishno Bhojnalya

Our little place is tucked away in the R-10/F-58 block of the main market in Sector 10. Raj Nagar is a busy part of Ghaziabad, and there is always something going on outside our door. We started this bhojnalya because we saw how many people were working in the market and needed a place to sit for a simple meal. It’s not a big operation, just a few of us making sure the dal and rotis are fresh. We open early to get the stove going. You won't find any fancy decorations here, just plain walls and sturdy tables. We get a lot of regulars, mostly guys who work in the nearby shops or people living in the apartments around Sector 10. They know what they like, so we don't change the menu much. Sometimes the noise from the market gets a bit loud, but that’s just part of being in this area. We try to keep the place cool during the summer months, though it’s hard with the kitchen right there. It’s just honest work for us. We wash the floors twice a day and keep the water jugs filled. If you're looking for us, we are right there in the middle of the market. It’s easy to find once you get into the sector. We don't really do much besides cooking and cleaning up after. It is what it is.
