Shivkala Ambience Restaurant

Shivkala Ambience Restaurant is tucked away in the Pratap Vihar area of Ghaziabad. We are not in one of those huge malls; we are just a local spot in the neighborhood. The area around here has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We have a simple dining area where people can sit down and have a meal without any fuss. It’s usually the locals from the nearby blocks who come in. We see parents with their kids or groups of friends who just want to eat somewhere close to home. The "Ambience" in our name might sound a bit much, but we just try to keep the lights right and the place tidy. We don’t have a massive menu with hundreds of items. We just stick to what we know how to cook well. The kitchen is always busy, especially in the evenings when people don't feel like cooking at home. It gets a bit loud when the restaurant is full, but that’s the sound of a working business. We handle everything ourselves, from buying the vegetables in the morning to closing up the shutters at night. There’s no corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us running a restaurant in Pratap Vihar. We like the fact that we know many of our customers by name. It’s a regular part of the community here, just serving food to our neighbors every day.
