Shivalya Restaurant

Our restaurant is located at 272 in Vasundhara, Sector-16, Ghaziabad. We are right in the middle of a residential neighborhood, so most of the people we see are our neighbors who live just a few blocks away. It’s a cozy spot, not very big, but we make it work. Vasundhara is a busy area, but Sector-16 has its own rhythm. We open up in the morning and stay busy until late at night. There isn't any fancy marketing here; most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from a friend. The interior is simple with basic tables and a small kitchen where all the cooking happens. I’m usually there myself, helping out with whatever needs doing. Some days are faster than others, depending on the weather or if there's a cricket match on. We don't have a huge staff, just a few local guys who know how to cook the basics well. It’s a humble place to eat. We don't use tablecloths or have a waiter in a suit. It’s just us, serving food to people who don't feel like cooking at home that day. We've been part of this community for a while now and we like the familiar faces that come through the door every evening. It’s a decent living and we enjoy the daily work.
