Shaan E Chaap

You can find Shaan E Chaap at Shop No.2 right on the Main G.T Road in Ghaziabad. We are pretty close to Sudharshan Hospital and Panchwati Colony, so there is always a lot of movement around here. The G.T Road is never really quiet, is it? There is always someone honking or a bus going by. We started this shop because we wanted to have a place of our own in this part of town. It is a small space, nothing too big, but we make it work. Most of our time is spent prepping things in the back. It gets hot near the stoves, especially during the summer months in Ghaziabad, but that is just part of the job. We see a lot of people coming from the hospital or residents from Panchwati looking for a quick bite. We do not have a lot of fancy chairs or lighting. It is just a practical shop where we try to keep things moving. Sometimes we run out of things early if it is a busy Friday, and we have to tell people to wait. It is just us running the show, no big corporate office or anything. We just want to make sure the food is hot and ready when someone walks into Shop No.2. It is a simple life on the G.T Road. We have got our regulars and we have got the strangers, and we treat them all about the same. It is just our way of doing things.
