Our little shop is on Meerut Road in Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad. We are right in Section 23, very close to the police chowki. If you are coming from Sanjay Nagar, we are just opposite that side. It is a pretty straightforward spot. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or checking on the supplies that come in every morning. The road outside is always moving, with cars and buses heading toward Meerut or deeper into Ghaziabad. We have been here for a bit now and the locals know us by name. It is not a big corporate chain or anything like that. Just a local place where we make food we actually like to eat ourselves. Some days are faster than others, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work and wants a quick bite. We try to keep the place tidy, though with the dust from the main road, it is a constant job. The staff here are mostly guys from around the area who have been with us for a while. We don't have a big fancy menu, just the things we know how to do well. Most people stop by because they are passing through Raj Nagar and see our sign. It is a practical business. We get the stove going, cook what is needed, and serve the people who walk in. That is basically our whole day from start to finish.
