If you know the old bus stand, you know it’s a place that stays active from early morning until late at night. There are always buses coming and going and people rushing to catch their rides. Being at shop number 5 means we see all of that. Ghaziabad can be a bit dusty and loud especially near the transport hubs like this one. We aren't doing anything fancy here. It’s just a regular bhojnalya where people come when they are hungry. We don’t have any big mission statements or corporate goals to talk about. We just open the shop and get to work. The building is older and shows its age but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the street gets blocked by a bus but we just deal with it. It’s a very practical kind of life. Most of our neighbors are other small shops and stalls. You find us by looking for the sign near the entrance of the bus stand area. We’ve been at this spot for a good while. Not much else to tell besides the address and the name on the front. We just do our work here day in and day out. It's just a simple shop near the buses.
