Radha Ki Rasoi

Radha Ki Rasoi is located at Plot Number 30 on the Main Road in Vaishali Sector 6. We are pretty easy to find because we are near Apex Green Valley. Ghaziabad is a crowded place, and our street is no different. We spend most of our time in the kitchen at the back. It’s hot and there’s always a lot of chopping and stirring to do. We didn't really plan on this being a big thing, it just kind of happened because we liked to cook. The 201010 area has a lot of families, so we see people from the apartments nearby coming in. We don't have any fancy chefs in white hats. It’s just us wearing our regular clothes and making food the way we know how. Sometimes we run out of something and have to run to the market down the street. It’s a bit chaotic during the dinner rush, but we manage. We don't really have a philosophy or anything. We just put the food on the plates and hope people like it enough to come back. The floor needs scrubbing every night and the dishes never seem to end. It’s hard on the back, but it’s our own place, which feels good. We keep the doors open and the stove on, and that is about it. It’s just a simple rasoi in the middle of a busy sector.
