Our business, R G India, is tucked away on the second floor of building number 42 in Old Gandhi Nagar. It’s an older part of the city, and the streets are usually packed with people and rickshaws. You have to walk up a narrow set of stairs to get to us. The office isn't very big, but it serves its purpose. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets for our paperwork. We handle various trade and business activities from here. It can get a bit noisy with the sounds of the street coming through the windows, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We are a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to packing up samples. We don't have any fancy signs outside, just a small nameplate so people know they have found the right door. It’s the kind of place where things are done a bit slowly and carefully. We aren't the type to rush through things just to get them over with. We take our time to make sure the details are right. Most of our clients are people we have known for a long time. We don't do any big advertising or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local business on the second floor, trying to get through the daily pile of work.
