Pan Da Tikka

We are located at Shop No.19, 20, and 21 on Ambedkar Road in Ghaziabad. If you know the Central Market area, we are right there near the Old Bus Stand. It is a really busy spot. We started this place because we wanted to serve food that people in the neighborhood actually enjoy eating every day. Our shops are right next to each other, so there is usually a bit of a crowd, especially in the evenings when everyone is out shopping or coming home from work. Dealing with the traffic on Ambedkar Road can be a bit much sometimes, but we like being in the middle of it all. Most of our regulars just walk over from the nearby offices or the market stalls. We keep things simple. The kitchen stays pretty busy from morning until late at night. Sometimes the chairs are a bit wobbly or the floor needs a quick sweep because it gets so dusty outside, but we try to keep it decent for whoever stops by. The fans hum quite a bit when it's hot, but I guess that's just how Ambedkar Road is. It is not a fancy place by any means. It’s just where we work and where people come to grab a bite. We’ve been here for a while now and have seen the area change quite a bit around the bus stand. If you are ever stuck in traffic around the Central Market, you’ve probably seen our sign. We just keep doing what we do every single day of the week.
