New Shiva Tourist Dhaba

We are out on Hapur Road in Ghaziabad, right near Dasna and the Sunder Deep College. Being a dhaba on the highway means we see a lot of different people. Truck drivers, students from the college, and families traveling long distances all stop by at different times. The road is often dusty and noisy, but that’s just life on the highway. We keep the stove going for most of the day and night. It’s a simple place with outdoor seating and some space inside too. We don’t have a lot of frills. We spend a lot of time making tea and serving quick plates of food. The nights can be long, but we stay open for the late-night travelers who need a break. It’s a lot of work keeping the place clean with all the dust from the road constantly blowing in. We have a small team of guys who handle everything from cooking to washing dishes. We don't have a printed menu; we just tell people what we've cooked for the day. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We like the variety of people we meet, even if we only talk to them for a few minutes while they eat. It’s just a regular dhaba on a busy road, and we try to keep the tea hot for everyone who walks in.
