New China Town

New China Town is located at plot no-330 on the main road in Niti Khand 1, Indirapuram. We are right near Cambridge School, so we get a lot of parents and staff stopping by after the school day ends. The main road in Ghaziabad is always full of traffic, so there’s a constant hum of engines outside. We’ve been at this 201014 address for a good bit now. The shop is pretty straightforward. We have the kitchen in the back and a small area in the front. I spend a lot of my time making sure the supplies are stocked up. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in traffic and I have to go pick things up myself on the scooter. It’s a lot of back and forth. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we see the same kids growing up over the years. We don't have any big signs or bright lights, just the name on the front. I think people like that it’s just a normal local spot. The summers are the hardest because of the heat, but we have a couple of fans that keep things moving. It isn't a fancy place with waiters in suits. It is just us serving food to people who live nearby. We usually close up once the street starts to get quiet, which is usually late in the evening.
