Mughals The Restaurant

Our place is inside the Eastend Mall in Kaushambi, right near the Wave Cinema. Being in a mall in Ghaziabad is a bit different than a street-side shop. We get a lot of people who are just finishing a movie or doing some shopping. It’s usually quite busy on the weekends with families and groups of friends. We’ve been here at Mughals The Restaurant for a while now. The space is what it is, and we try to make it work. The kitchen stays busy because mall life doesn't really slow down much. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, get the supplies delivered, and start the day. Sometimes the mall can be a bit noisy, but we’re used to it by now. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we all know the Kaushambi area pretty well. We see a lot of the same faces from the other shops in the mall too. It’s a bit of a community in here. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just see us when they’re heading to the cinema and decide to stop in. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the tables are cleared for the next person. It’s a simple way to run things, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
