Momos plaza

We are located at B-1 C-8 in Ocean Plaza, which is in Shalimar Garden Extention 1. It is right near Shiv Chowk, so it is a pretty easy landmark to find if you are around this part of Ghaziabad. Ocean Plaza is a busy building with a lot of different things going on, so there are always people wandering through the corridors. Our space is divided into two parts because of the way the units are set up. It’s not the most modern layout, but it gives us the room we need to store our stuff and get the work done. The 201005 area is quite crowded, and parking can be a real headache around Shiv Chowk, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. We spend most of our time in the back where it’s a bit quieter and we can focus. The front part is where we interact with everyone who drops by. It gets a bit chilly in the winter months because the building doesn't hold the heat very well, so we usually wear our sweaters inside. We’ve been here long enough that the other shop owners in Ocean Plaza are like neighbors to us. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing team; we just have our name on the door and a phone that rings more often than not. It is a practical space for a practical business, and that is exactly how we like it.
