Our place, Little Steps, is tucked away in Vasundhara Sector 12, specifically at Plot No-188. Ghaziabad can be a pretty chaotic and loud city, but once you get inside this particular street, things quiet down a little bit. We spend most of our time looking after the local kids who come here every morning. It’s a lot of noise, honestly. Between the singing and the kids playing with wooden blocks, there is never really a silent moment until the afternoon nap time starts for everyone. We have a few rooms set up for different ages. It’s mostly just a spot where parents drop their children off before they head to work in the morning. The floor is usually covered in some kind of craft paper, glitter, or stray crayons by noon. We try to keep things organized, but anyone who works with toddlers knows how that goes. The building is a regular plot on a residential street, which makes it feel more like a home than a stiff school. Some of us have been here for years, watching the same families bring their younger kids after the older ones grow up and move on to the big school. We don't have fancy playground equipment, just the basics that get the job done and keep them happy. It's a simple routine of snacks, stories, and playing in the small yard when the weather isn't too hot or dusty outside. It’s just what we do every day and it keeps us busy.
