KPS Kitchen

KPS Kitchen is located at number 17 in Mark Mall. It's right in Ghaziabad, specifically near that Reliance Fresh everyone goes to. Being in a mall means there’s always something happening. We spend most of our mornings just setting up the kitchen and checking the supplies. It can get a bit loud with the shoppers walking past, but we’re used to it. The 201001 area is pretty central, so we get all sorts of people. Some are just doing their grocery shopping and need a break. It's not a huge space, but we make it work for us. Sometimes the mall management changes things around, but we've stayed in this same spot. Dealing with the traffic in Ghaziabad to get here every morning is the hardest part. Once we’re inside and the stove is on, it’s alright. We don’t have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food is ready when people are hungry. The Reliance Fresh landmark helps people find us because sometimes the mall layout is a bit confusing for newcomers. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have worked in other kitchens before coming to Mark Mall. We just keep our heads down and work. It's a simple operation, really. Just a kitchen in a mall trying to keep up with the daily orders. We don't use fancy ads, just word of mouth.
