Drumsticks

Drumsticks in Ghaziabad. Talk about Raj Nagar District Centre. It's usually noisy outside. We’ve been at D-19 for a while now. The BSNL exchange is right there, so people find us easily. It’s not a big fancy place, just a spot where you can sit and eat. Sometimes the chairs are a bit old but we keep the tables clean. We started this because we liked the area. It gets really busy in the evenings with all the office people finishing their shifts. We don't do much fancy stuff. Just regular cooking. My brother helps out with the accounts and I look after the kitchen. Most of our customers are regulars who live nearby or work in the district centre. We know their names and what they usually order. It feels like a small community here. Sometimes we run out of things if the crowd is too big, but that’s just how it goes. We try to keep the spices right. It’s a simple life here in Raj Nagar. Nothing too complicated. You just come in, have your meal, and go about your day. We like seeing the same faces every day. It makes the work feel worth it. We aren't trying to win awards or anything. We just open the shutters, cook the food, and hope people leave with a full stomach. It’s been this way for years and we don’t plan on changing much.
