Chulbul Play Home

The house is a typical Indirapuram residence that we have converted to use for the kids. It’s on a residential street, so there are always neighbors around. We have a small porch area where the kids leave their shoes before coming inside. The main room is where most of the playing happens. We have some plastic slides and a ball pit that takes up a lot of space. The walls have stickers of cartoon characters on them, though some of them are starting to peel at the edges. It’s a noisy place because the sound echoes off the tiled floors. We have a small kitchen in the back where we keep the water bottles and snacks. Most of the parents drop their kids off on their way to the office. It’s a convenient spot for people living in Neeti Khand. We don’t do a lot of formal stuff here; it’s mostly just making sure the kids are entertained and safe. The staff is just a few local women who know how to handle a group of toddlers. It gets a bit chaotic sometimes, but that’s expected. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things organized.
