The Tanyas Cuisine

The Tanyas Cuisine is over in the Admin Block of the NSEZ in Noida, Sector 110. It is an industrial and office area, so we are mostly surrounded by people in shirts and trousers going to their jobs. We have been here for a bit now, and we have a regular routine. We open up early to get things ready for the lunch rush. That is the busiest time for us. Everyone comes in at once and wants their food quickly so they can get back to their desks. The kitchen gets very loud with the sound of pans and people talking. We don’t have a lot of space for people to sit, so it can get a bit crowded. We just have a few people helping out with the cooking and cleaning. It’s not a fancy operation. We don’t have a website or any big advertisements. People just know we are here because they work in the same block. Noida is a very busy place and things are always moving fast. We just try to keep up. The menu doesn't change much. We make the things that people like to eat every day. Sometimes the fridge makes a weird humming noise, but it still keeps things cold. We just work hard and go home when the office workers do. It is a practical kind of business. We stay busy every day.
