Jp Chinese

Jp Chinese is tucked away in the F market, which is part of the main market area in Greater Noida. We are situated very close to the shiv MANDIR, so we often hear the temple bells throughout the day while we are working. It’s a small shop in a very busy part of the city. We don't have a lot of space, just enough for the kitchen and a small counter for people to stand at. Most of our day is spent chopping up vegetables and getting the sauces ready. The smell of the food usually brings people in as they walk through the market. We use a couple of big woks that are almost always on the fire. It gets pretty hot in here, especially during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We aren't a big chain or anything; it’s just a local market business. The market outside is always full of people buying groceries or just walking around. We don’t have a fancy menu with photos; we just have the names of the dishes written on a board. Sometimes we get a big rush in the evening when people are heading home from work. We try to work fast so nobody has to wait too long in the heat. It’s a simple life and we enjoy being part of the Greater Noida community. If you're near the temple, you can't miss us. We are just a local shop.
