Royals Fast Food

We are located at Trade Tower 1 in the Alpha commercial belt of Greater Noida. The business is called Royals Fast Food. Being in the commercial belt means we deal with a lot of office people and folks out doing business. It’s a very different vibe than a residential area. Everything moves a bit faster here. We mostly serve quick food because people are usually in a hurry. The shop isn't very big. We have enough space for the counters and a few spots to stand or sit. We spend a lot of time keeping the prep area organized. In a fast food place, you can't afford to be slow when the lunch rush hits. The Trade Tower is a big landmark, so we are easy to find. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. It’s just a couple of us working the fryers and taking orders. Sometimes the line gets long, and we just have to work as fast as we can. We use simple ingredients and keep the menu limited so we can stay quick. The Alpha belt is always changing with new shops opening up. We just try to stay consistent. It's a lot of standing on your feet all day. We close up once the offices around us start to empty out. It’s a practical business for a busy part of Noida.
