Simply South

Simply South is tucked away at Shop Number-1 in the Jagat Farm area of Gamma-1, Greater Noida. It’s a pretty lively spot because of all the students and families who hang out around here. We’ve been operating out of this small shop for a bit, focusing on the kind of food you’d find down south. The area is always buzzing with people looking for a bite to eat or doing their shopping. We aren’t trying to be a big fancy restaurant. It’s a small space, so it gets a bit crowded during the lunch hour, but people don’t seem to mind much. We spend our mornings getting the batters ready and making sure the kitchen is set up. Jagat Farm has its own vibe, and we’ve become a part of that over the years. We don't have a PR person or a fancy website. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from their friends in the dorms or the neighborhood. The address 201310 is where we spend all our time. It’s a straightforward business. We make the food, serve the customers, and clean up at the end of the night. There’s nothing complicated about it. We just like being in this part of Noida and seeing the same faces come back to our little shop. It is a good place to be for us.
