Kimchi Kitchen

Kimchi Kitchen is located over in Sector 110 in Noida, right there in the Rama Green Valley Market. We are in Shop Number 3, which is quite close to the HDFC Bank on the main road. It's a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is out getting their groceries or finishing up work. We decided to set up here because there’s always something going on. The space inside isn't huge, so it gets cozy when the tables fill up. We spend most of our time in the back prepping stuff. Sometimes the delivery guys are coming and going constantly, which makes it feel a bit hectic, but we manage. We aren't trying to be one of those high-end places you see in the malls. It’s just us making food we know how to make. The market has its own vibe, and we've become part of the routine for people living around here. You might have to wait a second for a seat on Friday nights. The lighting is a bit bright, maybe, but it helps us see what we’re doing. We keep things straightforward. If you’re walking past the bank, you’ll see our sign. We've been here a bit now and know many of the regulars by name. It’s just a plain kitchen serving the neighborhood. Nothing more to it than that. Most of us who work here live just a few blocks away, so it's a very local thing for us.
