Chinese Anna

Chinese Anna is located in Knowledge Park I, right over in Greater Noida. We have shops 10 and 11 on the ground floor. It’s a busy road out front, and being near Ansal Plaza means there are always people walking around. The Tugalpur area is right next to us, so we see a lot of students from the colleges nearby. It’s a 201310 pincode area. The shop is pretty basic, just a counter and some space for people to stand or sit. We open up early to get the prep work done before the lunch crowd hits. Noida gets really hot in the summer, so we try to keep the fans running as much as we can. It’s not a big corporate place, just a local eatery where the staff knows most of the regular students by name. We deal with the usual stuff like deliveries arriving late or the power going out occasionally. That’s just life in Greater Noida. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on the cooking and keeping the counters wiped down. The Main Road is always noisy with cars and bikes, but we’ve gotten used to the sound over the months. Most people find us because they’re already at Ansal Plaza and want something quick. We just keep doing what we do every day without much change to the routine.
