Andra Biryani Delivery is just a small spot at Shop Number-4 on Gejha Road in Sector 110. If you know the area in Noida, you probably know where we are because we’re right across from Yatharth Hospital. It’s usually pretty busy around here with people coming and going from the hospital or just heading home to Sector 110. We spent a lot of time setting things up in this little shop. The road outside can get a bit loud during the day but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Most of what we do involves getting bags ready for the drivers to take out. You’ll see the bikes parked out front most of the time. It’s not a fancy place with a lot of decorations or anything like that. We mostly just focus on the kitchen and making sure the orders are ready when the bell rings. Sometimes the traffic on Gejha Road makes things a bit slow for the riders but they know the shortcuts around the back lanes. We’ve been here for a bit now and have seen the neighborhood change as more people move into the apartments nearby. It’s a straightforward setup. We open up in the morning, get the stoves going, and stay busy until the lights go out at night. It’s just us working away in Sector 110, trying to keep up with the lunch and dinner rush every single day.
