A1 Party Caterers isn't some massive corporation; it’s just a group of us who like to cook and feed people. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen, especially during the summer months here in Noida. We spend a lot of time preping vegetables and getting the spices right. It’s a lot of heavy lifting with big pots and pans. We’ve been in this building for some time now and the neighbors are used to the smells of cooking coming from our unit. We mostly work on local parties and small gatherings. We don't have a fancy website or anything, just our phone and this location. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have two orders at the same time, but we usually figure it out. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, but we enjoy it most of the time. We try to keep things simple and honest. The address might be a little hard to find if you aren't familiar with Hind Sagar, but once you're in Greater Noida, people can usually point you the right way. We’re just local people trying to make a living doing what we know best for the community.
