Ada Jones Lee Memorial School

Our school is located at 1, Preet Bunglow, right on the Old Ahmedbad Highway in the Bareja area. This part of Ahmedabad - 382425 feels a bit different than the city center. Ada Jones Lee Memorial School has been at this address for quite some time now. Being on the old highway means we see a lot of trucks and local traffic passing by all day long. The bunglow is the first one you see when you get to this section. It is a sturdy building that has seen a lot of years. We spend most of our time keeping the classrooms in order and making sure the grounds are kept up. It’s a lot of work maintaining an older place like this. The dust from the highway is something we have to deal with constantly, so there is a lot of sweeping involved. People around Bareja know the Preet Bunglow well. It is a landmark for some. We don't have anything fancy here, just the basics that are needed for a school. The days are long, starting early before the sun gets too hot. We follow a simple routine and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us here at Ada Jones Lee Memorial School, tucked away on the highway. We are just here doing the work and looking after the building.
