A H Patel Adarsh Vidyalay

A H Patel Adarsh Vidyalay is in a small place called Ghamij, which is in the Gandhinagar district of Gujarat. Being out in Ghamij, we are away from the main rush of the city. The school is a central part of the village life here. Most of our students come from the surrounding farms and houses. It’s a basic building with several rooms for the different grades. We try to keep everything running smoothly, but sometimes things like the water pump or the gates need a bit of work. The staff here are mostly locals who understand the lifestyle of the students. We follow the standard curriculum, and the focus is mainly on the core subjects. During the harvest season, attendance sometimes drops a bit because families need help, but that's just part of life in a village. We have a decent-sized area for the kids to run around during their breaks. It's nothing fancy, just some open space under the trees. The atmosphere is generally quiet and hardworking. We don't spend money on advertising or shiny brochures. People in Ghamij know where we are and what we do. We’ve been here for years, and we just keep doing our job of teaching the local children day by day. It’s a simple school for the community here, and we like it that way.
