Our company, Ritambhara Farmer Producer Companylimited, is located in Taliyani, which is in the Fatehpur district. We have been here for a bit now, working out of this small area. Fatehpur is a place where most people know each other, so we don't need to do much explaining about who we are. We are just a bunch of farmers who got together to handle our produce better. It isn't always easy, especially when the seasons change, but we manage. The address is quite simple, just Taliyani, Fatehpur 212601. You won't see any big neon signs or glass buildings here. It's just the dusty roads and the fields. We spend most of our time out there anyway. When we do meet up at the office, it’s usually to figure out how to transport things or what to plant next. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to our neighbors and the other farmers in the village. It feels more natural that way. Being a farmer producer company means we look out for each other. If one of us has a bad year, the others help out. That’s just how life is in Taliyani. We keep our records and do our paperwork, but at the end of the day, we are just people who like working with the earth. It is a quiet life, but it is ours. We hope to stay here for a long time and keep the village spirit alive in our work.
