Being a kisan producer company means we spend a lot of time talking to the farmers in the nearby fields. There’s no shiny glass building or reception desk here. It’s more about sitting down and figuring out how to get the best out of the land this year. We started this because the people around Fatehpur needed a way to work together more. Sometimes it’s a bit disorganized, but we always find a way to get the crops moving. The post office is in Devmai, so we’re always heading back and forth for mail and stuff. It gets hot out here in the summer, but the work doesn’t really stop. We handle things like seeds and sharing tools between neighbors. It’s a very local thing, very hands-on. We don’t use any complicated systems, just pen and paper and a lot of conversations. Being based in Dhamauli keeps us close to what matters, which is the dirt and the people who farm it. We’re just a bunch of locals trying to keep the community going through farming. We aren't experts, just people who have been doing this for a long time and know the way it works.
