Panihababa Farmer Producer Companylimited is based in Dariyamau, in the Fatehpur district. The company runs from Kaushal’s place. We are a small group of farmers who wanted to do something about the way things were going for us individually. Farming in Fatehpur can be tough, so joining together under the Panihababa name was a way to support each other. We handle the procurement of seeds and help get the crops to the market. It’s mostly just us trying to stay organized. There isn't anything fancy about our setup. We have a lot of meetings in the evenings to talk about what needs to be done for the next crop. It’s honest, hard work, and we don't always get it right, but we keep at it because we have to. The address in Dariyamau is where the main stuff happens. We know everyone in the village, and they know us. We aren't looking for global expansion; we just want to make sure the farming in our small corner of the world is sustainable. Sometimes it’s about fixing a tractor, other times it’s about figuring out who has the best yield. We don't use marketing talk because we don't need to. Our work speaks for itself in the fields. We are just regular people trying to make a living from the land we’ve always known. It’s a simple life, but it’s our life, and we are happy to keep doing it.
