Our office is right on Arya Samaj Road in Karol Bagh. If you know where the Reghar Pura tempo stand is, then you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. It’s a very noisy part of town because of all the tempos and people moving goods all day long. We’ve got a small sign outside but it gets covered in dust pretty quickly from all the traffic. Inside, it’s mostly just us and a few computers and a lot of paper. Karol Bagh is the kind of place where things move fast, and we try to keep up with it. We spend our days talking to people about rentals and sales around this neighborhood. It’s a lot of back and forth, checking who’s moving out and who’s looking to move in. Sometimes we have to run out to meet someone at a property and we just lock the door for ten minutes. The neighbors know us, so they don't mind. We don't have fancy furniture or a big lobby, just a place to sit and talk business. It gets hot in the summer, but we have a decent cooler that keeps things bearable. We know these streets like the back of our hand because we’ve been working out of this spot for years. It’s a busy life but we enjoy being right in the middle of all the Karol Bagh chaos. There is always a cup of tea on someone's desk and the phone is usually ringing. We just keep doing our thing day by day.
