Aadhunik Estates

Aadhunik Estates is right in the thick of it in DLF City Phase II. Our office is located on MG Road, very close to Sahara Mall. If you know the Mehrauli Road area, you know how busy it gets with all the cars and people heading to the malls. We chose this spot because it's where everything is happening. Our office is a regular room where we keep track of all the properties available in Phase II. It’s often quite noisy outside because of the traffic on MG Road, but we are used to it. We aren't some big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who know the DLF area inside out. We spend most of our time taking people to see apartments or talking to owners who want to rent out their space. Sometimes we grab a coffee near Sahara Mall while waiting for a client to show up. It’s a fast-paced environment because property moves quickly here. We don't use any polished marketing talk. We just tell you which building has good water supply or which one has parking issues. It’s about giving people the real picture of what it’s like to live or work in this part of Gurgaon. Our desk is usually covered in papers and maps of the different blocks. It’s a simple, honest way to run an estate business in a busy city.
