S G M Property

S G M Property is based in Kutub Plaza which is part of Dlf City Phase I. It’s a busy spot with lots of other shops and people walking around. Our office is number 8 and it’s a modest space. We spend most of the day talking to people about houses and shops in the area. Dlf City is always changing so there is always something to talk about. The plaza has a lot of energy and sometimes it gets a bit loud with all the shoppers. We have a couple of chairs for visitors and a desk where we keep our papers. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We are just a few people trying to keep track of the local property market. We eat our lunch at the desks and sometimes go downstairs for a quick snack from one of the vendors. The lighting in the plaza isn't the best but we've got our own lamps. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. If someone needs to find S G M Property they usually just walk into the plaza and look for number 8. It’s a practical way to run things. We see a lot of the same faces every day since many people work nearby. It’s a decent place to spend the work week and we try to keep things straightforward for anyone who comes in. We’ve been here for a bit now and the routine of the plaza is very familiar.
