We are over in Sushant Lok Phase I, specifically in Sushant Arcade on the first floor at Unit H-302. It is a typical commercial building, so there are always people wandering through the halls looking at the different shops and small offices. Our spot is pretty easy to find once you get up the stairs. We have been at this desk in the arcade for a long time. The office has a very lived-in feel to it, with property folders piled up on every surface and a few old maps of the Gurgaon area pinned to the walls so we can show people where different plots are located. It is not a high-pressure environment here. We mostly just sit down with a cup of tea and talk through what is for sale or rent. Some days we spend more time on the phone than talking to people in person, but that is just how real estate goes. The lighting in the arcade can be a bit too bright sometimes, but our office stays fairly comfortable and quiet enough to work. We do not try to use fancy sales tactics or anything like that. If someone wants a house or an office space, we just show them what we have available and let them decide for themselves. It is a simple way of doing things, and it keeps us busy enough. Being in Sushant Lok means we see a lot of the same faces, which is nice. It feels like a real community.
