We are based out of Ab-11 in Qutab Enclave. It’s a nice enough spot, relatively quiet compared to some of the main roads around here. We deal with properties in the surrounding area. It’s mostly just showing houses to families or talking to people about bits of land they want to sell. We’ve been in this office for a while now. It’s not a very big operation, just a few of us working together every day. We know the Qutab Enclave area pretty well because we spend so much time walking the streets and looking at different plots ourselves. People usually call us on the phone or just stop by the office if they have a question about a local listing they saw. We don't really go for all those modern sales tactics you see nowadays. We just tell people what we know about the buildings and the current prices. It’s a straightforward way to work. Some days are quite slow, especially when the weather is bad and nobody wants to go out, and other days we’re out of the office all morning. We try to keep things simple and honest. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork involved, but we manage to get through it. We aren’t looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home. Most of our neighbors know who we are. It is a very local thing for us.
