Shree Ji Properties & To Let Services

Located over at 2 Sector 7 in Dayal Market, our little shop is called Shree Ji Properties & To Let Services. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but it describes what we do. We handle sales but also focus a lot on rentals, which keeps us pretty busy. Dayal Market is a lively place to be, and being in Sector 7 means we’re right in the thick of it. The office is small and functional. We spend most of our time answering calls and taking people to see different flats or shops around the area. Renting can be a real pain for people, so we try to make the process a bit less annoying. We aren't some big firm with branches everywhere; it’s just this one spot in the market. Sometimes the electricity goes out or it gets too crowded in the office, but we manage. We’ve met all sorts of characters doing this job. Some people want the moon, and others just want a quiet corner. We listen to what they need and see what’s currently available in our books. It’s honest work, and it keeps us connected to the community here. Most of our business comes from people walking in or hearing about us from a neighbor. We don’t do much advertising. Just working out of Dayal Market, day in and day out, helping people get settled into a new place without making it too complicated.
