Guru Kirpa Properties

I spend most of my days at Guru Kirpa Properties. Our office is B 40 in Palam Vihar, right inside the Palam Vyapar Kendra. If you know the area, you know the Vyapar Kendra is where everything happens. It’s a big building with lots of shops and people moving around. Our spot is just one of many, but we like it. It’s a bit cramped with all the maps and ledgers we keep, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the local plots and houses around Palam Vihar. The stairs up to the office can be a bit steep for some, but there’s usually a breeze in the corridor. I started this a while back. We don't have a team of people in suits. It’s just me and a helper. We drink a lot of water because it gets hot in the afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the window. People come in looking for a place to start a small business or a family home. We tell them what we know about the blocks around here. There is no big sales pitch. We just show what’s available on the list. The Vyapar Kendra has a lot of noise, but inside B 40, it’s mostly just us talking. It’s a simple way to earn a living. We’ve been here long enough that most of the other shop owners know our names.
