Our little shop is D/1184, and you can find us in Sainik Colony, Sector 49. We are very close to the Badkal Road, which is a busy area where a lot is always happening. We have been here for a good amount of time now, and we know the streets of Sector 49 like the back of our hands. It is not a very big office, just a small shop where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for a new place. We do not have any big corporate goals or fancy slogans. We just enjoy working with the people in the colony and helping them find a home that fits what they need. A lot of our day is spent drinking tea and talking to neighbors who might know someone wanting to sell or rent. We like to keep things simple and honest. If a house has some issues with the plumbing or the neighborhood is too loud at night, we will just say so. There is no point in hiding things because people will find out anyway. We get a lot of people coming in just because they live nearby and trust us to know what is going on in the local market. It is a slow and steady kind of business. We do not do much online stuff; we just prefer to talk to people face to face right here in the shop. It works better that way. (255 words)
