Futures Estate

Futures Estate is on the ground floor of the Vashist Complex at 7 M G Road. If you take the metro, we are near pillars 51 and 52. It’s a busy part of town. Being on the ground floor is handy for people to wander in when they see us. We have a decent amount of space here in the complex. M G Road is always packed, but inside the office we try to keep things calm. We handle different property requests. Some people want shops, others want a home to live in. We've been at the Vashist Complex for a long time. We know the area near the metro pillars well. It's not a shiny office at all. We have wooden desks and old paper folders. We don't believe in corporate talk. We just listen and see if we can find what you want. Sometimes it takes time, other times it's quick. That's just how the business goes. Futures Estate has seen the metro change M G Road over the years. We keep our doors open for whoever walks in. It's a steady way to live. We like being accessible to everyone. The floor is a bit scuffed from all the people coming in and out, but that's fine. We keep a bowl of water outside for the local dogs. It's just a regular office where we do our bit. We don't have any big slogans or fancy posters on the walls.
