Warsi Restaurant is at shop number 78 in the DLF Market in Sector 11, Faridabad. Being a small shop in a busy market area means it gets crowded. We’ve been serving food here for years. It’s the kind of place where people stop by for a quick roll or a plate of meat. We don't have much room for sitting, so a lot of our customers eat standing up or take their food home. The market is always busy, especially in the evenings when everyone comes out to shop. Our kitchen is right there in the front so you can see what’s cooking. It gets pretty smoky and hot, but that's how it is in a small eatery. We use simple ingredients and don't try to make things look like they belong in a magazine. The staff is just a couple of guys who’ve been working together for a long time. We don't bother with fancy uniforms or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the tandoor hot and the orders moving. If you’re walking through the DLF Market, you’ll probably smell the spices before you see our sign. It's a humble spot, nothing more and nothing less. We just do our work and hope people enjoy their meal. We have a small sink in the corner for washing up, and we try to keep things as tidy as we can in such a cramped space. It’s not a place for a fancy date, but it’s good for a quick bite.
