Triple Eight Restaurant

You can find Triple Eight Restaurant in the basement of Shiv Shakti Hospital on Main Sohana Road. It is an interesting spot because being in a basement keeps it a bit cooler away from the Faridabad heat. We are right in Jeevan Nagar, across from Apna Ghar. Since we are under a hospital, we see a lot of families who are visiting patients or just people living nearby in the city. It’s a practical location. The space isn't huge but we have enough tables for the daily crowd. We started this place because we saw there wasn't much to eat right on this stretch of Sohana Road. It takes some work to keep a basement restaurant looking good and well-lit, but we do our best. Usually, it's just the sound of the kitchen and people talking. We don't play loud music or anything. Most of our day is spent prepping ingredients and making sure the orders are right. Faridabad is growing fast, and this area has changed a lot since we opened. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they often come over for lunch. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big marketing team, just us working the counter and the kitchen. If you're near Shiv Shakti Hospital, you just head down the stairs. It is quiet down there compared to the main road traffic outside. We just keep things moving one day at a time. It is a bit of a hidden spot, but the regulars know where we are.
