Tikka An Tari

Our shop is located at number 135 in the Main Market of Sector 15 in Faridabad. It is a small place, mostly geared towards people who want to pick up their food and go. We have a few high tables where you can stand and eat if you are in a hurry. The Main Market is always packed with people, so there is never a dull moment outside our door. Tikka An Tari is a name we chose because it covers the basics of what we serve—grilled meats and flavorful gravies. The grill is usually the first thing you see when you walk in. It gives off a lot of heat and smoke, which can make the shop quite warm. We use simple ingredients and traditional ways of cooking that we learned from our families. There is no fancy decor here, just some functional counters and a menu board that we update by hand. We get our supplies from the local vendors in the market every day. Sometimes the market gets so crowded that deliveries can't reach us on time, and we have to carry everything in by hand. We aren't a big chain with a lot of rules. We are just a small business trying to do things the right way. It is hard work, and the days are long, but we are happy to be here in Sector 15. We've been at this address for a couple of years now and we've gotten to know the other shopkeepers around us pretty well.
