The Chicken Junction

We are located right on Main Mathura Road in Sector 37. It's a busy spot, especially with all the traffic coming through Faridabad. Being near D.S Door makes us easy to find if you're familiar with this part of town. We spend most of our day prepping and getting things ready for the evening rush. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen, but that's just how it is when you're working with grills and fryers all day. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local spot where people stop by for food. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but inside we're focused on the orders. We’ve been at 12/1 for a bit now and have gotten to know the regulars from the neighborhood. It's a simple setup, nothing too complicated about how we run things. We buy our supplies locally when we can. The staff here has been with us for a while, so we kind of have a rhythm down. Some days the phone doesn't stop ringing for pickups, and other days it's more about the people walking in. We don't try to be anything we're not. It’s just chicken and a few other things on the menu. If you're driving down Mathura Road, you'll see us there in Sector 37. We just try to do a decent job every day. The parking can be tight sometimes, but most folks manage to find a spot nearby.
