Tarang Restaurant & Bar

Our place, Tarang Restaurant & Bar, is tucked inside the Mahalakshmi Palace Hotel right on Neelam Bata Road. If you know Faridabad, you know this area gets pretty crowded, especially with the Fortis Hospital just a short walk away. We see all kinds of people coming through the doors here. Some are just looking for a quick bite while they wait for someone at the hospital, and others are regulars who live nearby and want a cold drink after finishing a long shift. It is not a very big space, but it is ours. The bar counter gets busy in the evenings, and the kitchen is usually a bit loud with the pans clanking and the orders being called out. We have been at this spot for a while now. The furniture isn't brand new or anything, but it is comfortable enough for a long dinner. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the people who come in. You hear a lot of different stories sitting behind the counter. The staff has been here for years, so we all know how the machines work and where every little thing is kept. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up when it is really hot outside, but we get it fixed eventually. It is just a normal restaurant where you can get a meal and sit for a bit without anyone bothering you. We don't do anything too fancy here.
