Tandoori Times is over in Sector 37 of Faridabad. We are at Shop No- 20 in the Huda Market, right by the Mother Dairy. It’s a convenient spot for people living around here to pick up a meal. The shop isn’t very large, but we make the most of the space we have. Most of our work happens around the clay oven. It’s a hot job, but that’s how you get the flavor right. We don’t spend much on advertising or fancy signs. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or just see us when they are out buying milk. The market gets quite crowded in the evenings, so things can get a little hectic at the counter. We try to get the orders out as they come in, but sometimes there is a wait. We aren’t a big chain or anything, just a local business trying to do things right. The menu is short because we prefer to do a few things well rather than a lot of things poorly. We’ve got a couple of people working in the kitchen and one person handling the front. It’s a small team, but we’ve worked together for a long time. It feels more like a family than a workplace most days. If you are around Huda Market, you’ll see us there. It’s a plain shop, but the food is why people come back. We try to keep it simple and consistent for everyone who visits.
