Tandoori Fried Curry

Tandoori Fried Curry is on the first floor of the building at 696 Mall Road, right in Green Fields Colony. Being upstairs means people have to walk up to find us, but we’re right near Gopi Store, so most locals know where that is. Faridabad can be a busy place, and this area is no different. We spend a lot of time in the back prepping the curries and getting the fried items ready. It’s a bit of a mix here, hence the name. The kitchen is usually a bit of a mess during the peak hours because everything happens at once. We don’t have a marketing team or someone to take pretty pictures of the food; we just serve it on the plates we have. The air conditioner struggles sometimes when the sun hits the windows in the afternoon, but we make do. Our staff is a small group of people who just want to get through the shift and do a decent job. We see a lot of families from the colony coming in for dinner. It’s not a quiet place, especially when the kitchen fans are humming and the street noise comes up from Mall Road. We just keep doing what we know. There's no big story behind it, just a shop that we opened to serve the local neighborhood. It takes a lot of effort to keep things running, but we are used to the daily grind by now.
