Sighri

Sighri is located at Shop No-7 in Sector 17, Faridabad. This is a small spot in a busy market area and we have been here for a while now. Most of the people who come in are locals from around Sector 17 who are just looking for something to eat while they are out doing their shopping or running errands. The shop isn't very large, so it can get a bit cramped during the lunch hour or in the evenings when everyone is off work. We don't have fancy decorations or a big corporate office behind us. It’s just us working behind the counter, making sure the food is ready and the tables are somewhat clean for the next person. Faridabad has changed a lot, but this little corner of Sector 17 stays pretty much the same. We know a lot of our customers by their faces even if we don't always remember their names. Sometimes the deliveries get backed up when the traffic is bad on the main road, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We don't spend money on big ads or flyers. Most people just see the sign while they are walking to the bank or the grocery store nearby. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way because it keeps things easy for everyone who stops by for a quick bite. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking here, just keeping the grill going and the floor swept as best as we can manage.
