Restaurant & Caterers is located at 14, Sector 37, right near Sector 4 in Faridabad. We’ve been operating out of this spot in 121004 for a good while. Our day usually starts long before the sun comes up because catering requires a lot of prep work. The kitchen is the heart of what we do, and it's usually full of steam and the sound of knives hitting cutting boards. We handle a mix of walk-in customers and larger orders for events. It’s not a fancy place with white tablecloths. It’s more of a workspace where we focus on getting the food right and out the door. We have a few delivery vans that are always coming and going, loaded up with containers and warming trays. The floor is usually a bit wet from cleaning, and there are always crates of vegetables being delivered at the back door. We don’t go for flashy signage or big marketing campaigns. Most people around here know us just by seeing our name on the building or from word of mouth. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting heavy pots and standing on our feet for hours at a time. Some days everything goes smoothly, and other days it feels like we are constantly playing catch-up with the orders. But that’s just the nature of the catering business. We keep at it because it’s what we know how to do, day after day, without making things too complicated for ourselves.
