Rabias Kitchen

We've been here in Sector 31 for a bit now. Being right next to Pristine Mall means there is always noise outside and people walking back and forth. Rabias Kitchen isn't a big place, just a regular spot in Faridabad where we do our thing. Every morning starts with checking the bags of vegetables and making sure the stove is working right. It gets pretty hot in the summer, especially with the burners going. We don't have fancy stuff here. It is just a kitchen where we spend most of our day. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting around and we chat while the food cooks. The 121003 area is busy but we are used to it by now. We just stay in our corner and keep the pots moving. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. The neighbors from around Sector 31 pop in sometimes. We don't really do much advertising or anything. People just see the sign when they are going to the mall and come in. It’s a simple setup. We try to keep things clean and organized, though it gets messy when we are in the middle of a rush. That's just how a kitchen is. We aren't trying to be something we're not. It’s just us, some pans, and the daily routine of feeding whoever stops by. We’ve seen the area change a lot lately, but we’re still here in our same spot.
